Closed Loop starts with a simple idea: the vehicle is the organizing center. Every repair, upgrade, test, setup choice, and lesson learned should become part of a usable history.
- Capture the work. Log notes, projects, maintenance, photos, parts, setup changes, and event feedback without forcing everything into a spreadsheet first.
- Build the record. Connect information back to the vehicle, the goal, the source, and the decision it supported.
- Close the loop. Turn the record into next actions, preparation checklists, hypotheses, and lessons that improve the next drive, repair, or test.

Now preparing a concierge-style pilot.
Earnest Works is not launching a broad beta yet. The next step is careful customer testing with a small number of vehicle enthusiasts who want help organizing their vehicle work and moving toward their goals.
- Bring a vehicle and a goal. Maintenance backlog, modification plan, track/autocross improvement, troubleshooting, or long-term build planning.
- Share the messy context. Notes, photos, receipts, logs, spreadsheets, voice memos, or just what you remember.
- Test the workflow. Work with Earnest to organize the record, clarify the current state, and decide what to do next.
